Since June of 2010, Carl Polonyi serves as the Vice President of Human Capital. His role is to recruit key talent, maintain/continuously improve Human Resources processes and offerings for the Human Capital employed by International Bancard. Carl is instrumental in organizational development efforts as well as partnering with other business units to support the overall growth of International Bancard. Prior to joining International Bancard, Carl was the Corporate Manager of Organizational Development for the Seminole Gaming Administration of Florida, the parent company of Hard Rock Incorporated. His role was bridge the gap between two industries and cultures via organizational development unification pathways. Carl also was instrumental in the Recruitment and organizational development of over 10,000 new hires for the opening of Wynn, Las Vegas (at the time the largest construction project on the planet). Carl has a Masters Degree in Social Science from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Michigan State University.
