Denise Kenyon

Controller

Denise Kenyon serves as Controller at International Bancard.  In her position, she is responsible for managing all financial activities of the company including budgeting, financial analysis, operational accounting, auditing and financial statement compilation.

Ms. Kenyon brings with her extensive banking, retail and industry experience.  She has previously worked for Bank One (JP Morgan Chase) for 19 years in various management positions including Auditing, Instaloan and NBD Service Corp.  She held the position of Vice President and Controller directing not only the accounting units but the merchant support center and deployment groups during her career.  Her extensive bancard knowledge of both the issuing and acquiring side of the business as well as her strong operational background is instrumental in her ability to contribute as a key member of the executive team.

Additionally, Denise has also previously been a Vice President of Finance for seven-plus years at another large ISO.  She has experience working with several bancard processing systems and solid operational experience in all areas related to the bancard business. She has also held a Controller position for an internet retailer as well as, owning her own small retail business.

Denise will be a key contributor in providing strategic financial and operational input to support the overall continued growth at International Bancard.

Ms. Kenyon received a Bachelors of Science degree with a major in Accounting from
Wayne State University, Detroit, MI.
