Kevin Shamoun serves as the Vice President of Information Technology for International Bancard. In this position Mr. Shamoun will drive the strategic and operational Information Technology activities in support of the company’s operations.
Mr. Shamoun brings with him extensive technical knowledge of the Financial Transactions Services industry with 10 years experience working for major Independent Service Operators (ISOs) and major Financial Institutions. At International Bancard, Mr. Shamoun will be responsible for all of its Web Based services, Data Processing platforms, Business Continuity program planning and collaboration with Marketing on Web analytics and all customer service platforms. Mr. Shamoun’s knowledge of CRM software and secure customer service encoding and encryption will be key value differentiators for International Bancard.
Previously he has managed all aspects of the industry including both acquiring and issuing. During his tenure in the industry he was responsible for designing, deploying, maintaining and securing critical systems that supported the organization. Mr. Shamoun will be mission-critical to International Bancard’s systems and infrastructure as he leads it to continued industry-defining capability, utilizing the best-of-science web technologies. Kevin will also be responsible for ensuring PCI compliance across the organization.
Mr. Shamoun received a Bachelors of Science with a Major in Management Information Systems from Oakland University and a Masters of Science in Business Information Technology from Walsh College.
