Ryan Healey

Director of Sales

A seasoned industry executive, Ryan Healey brings more than 13 years of sales, sales team mentoring and development as well as financial institution management experience serving the electronic payments industry. Ryan has established himself as one of the industry’s true sales professionals, providing growth-oriented leadership in various capacities over his career.

In his role with International Bancard, Ryan is responsible for leading all direct sales initiatives, which is comprised of “feet on the street” sales, emerging market sales and all telesales operations. In addition to his direct sales responsibilities, he also takes a lead role in managing and developing all referral relationships, including: Chambers, Associations as well as small, medium and large Financial Institutions.

Prior to joining International Bancard, Ryan was an award winning Senior Account Executive, Sales Manager and Business Development Manager with TransFirst and Director of Sales with Alliant Financial. In these roles Ryan was responsible for driving the sales process from its inception to ensure a track record of growth, both in the local markets his teams serviced as well as on a national level.

Ryan attended Northeastern University where he studied Business Administration with an emphasis in Leadership. Ryan uses his values, developed while playing collegiate sports, to inspire his associates with passion, energy, work ethic and tenacity.
